Get to know me đź‘‹ a little better
I'm a data scientist data scientist noun Someone who turns coffee into insights and spends most of their day arguing with Excel files. by profession, a curious tinkerer curious tinkerer noun Breaks stuff just to see how it works, then maybe fixes it… or makes it weirder. at heart, an eternal optimist eternal optimist noun The unwavering belief that every problem has a solution, every bug has a fix, and every error message is just a friendly suggestion. , and a proud creator of several useless-but-fun side projects. I thrive on exploring emerging technologies, frameworks, and the latest tech buzzwords. If it's trending, I've probably tried building something with it. These days, I like to call myself a vibe coder vibe coder noun Writing computer code in a somewhat careless fashion, with AI assistant. .
By day, I work with complex datasets and build machine learning models that actually help solve real-world problems. I enjoy digging into messy data, finding patterns, and turning numbers into stories that make sense and drive impact. It's the kind of work that keeps me curious and excited, and I'm looking forward to growing even deeper into the world of data science as my career moves forward.
By night (and weekends… and coffee breaks), I'm a serial project starter with a rather impressive graveyard of startup ideas, ML experiments, web apps, UI mockups, video edits, and even a few attempts at becoming an Instagram influencer, most of which never made it past the idea stage. RIP to all those 'revolutionary' concepts that now live on as forgotten folders on my laptop… and some even made it to the cloud before being abandoned.
You'll often find me out walking or trekking, snapping photos that I then enthusiastically (and sometimes excessively) edit in Lightroom, often transforming them into something far from the original vibe, but uniquely mine. When I'm not doing that, I'll be cracking escape rooms, fragging opponents in multiplayer shooters, dogfighting in the skies (shout out to my CFA-44 Nosferatu), or planning over-the-top treasure hunts, games, and outdoor adventures for my close friends.
I like to think of myself as a jack of all trades, master of none. But hey, knowing something is better than nothing, right? I learn best by writing things down, mostly because I also forget a lot of what I learn. So, I write. My articles are usually short and to the point, because that's how I like to read too. Most of what I write is either a solution to a problem I ran into, or random thoughts and notes from my experiments.
